My order was marked delivered, but I don’t have it, what do I do?

Packages can take up to 48 hours to land on your doorstep once they have been scanned in as delivered. Please check all surrounding areas and with your neighbors! If you still do not have it and have Route shipping insurance, please file a claim here:https://claims.route.com/
If you did not purchase Route shipping insurance, please reach out to your local post office ASAP to find out where your order is and/or open an investigation/claim. USPS is able to verify the GPS scan on the package to see where it was delivered to. They can provide you with confirmation of delivery, communicate if it was misdelivered, or notify you if it is being held at the post office. MerchNow is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
