Damaged or Missing Products

Due to the considerable number of orders that we handle, we ask that customers kindly watch and closely monitor the tracking of their packages once they receive their shipping confirmation email.  We are not able to watch the tracking updates for each package that leaves our facility and do not have any additional updates on the status of your package, other than what is shown on the carrier's tracking website.

If you have purchased Route insurance on your order, we ask that you please go to https://claims.route.com/ to file a claim. Route will be able to assist you regarding an issue with your package not being delivered, being lost in transit or if the item was damaged on delivery.

If you did not purchase Route shipping insurance, please reach out to your local post office ASAP to find out where your order is and/or open an investigation/claim. The carrier can verify the GPS scan on the package to see where it was delivered to. They can provide you with confirmation of delivery, communicate if it was misdelivered, or notify you if it is being held at the post office. MerchNow is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
